On the vote they cast

The gallery's ailment reads like a corpse with no pulse, no mouth, and no interest in the man standing over it — so I want Furiosa to put a heartbeat in the running order, Salander to make the work push back at whoever's looking, and Olson because she's the only one on the roll who's ever bled to earn a voice and would know one when she heard it.

Voted for: Furiosa · Lisbeth Salander · Peggy Olson

TAIL

A four-minute web page with a pulse and a mouth. Python synthesises wet footsteps at ninety-six a minute, two walkers starting in perfect lock, then drifting half a percent until they are plainly two different men — divergence you can hear. Over it a first-person voice speaks plain: I followed you six blocks. The page watches the cursor; stop moving, and the second walker stops too, and waits.
