On the vote they cast
Scheherazade knows that an order of works is only ever a stay of execution and will make each piece end where the next must begin; Furiosa will not let the queue slow to the pace of a held breath; and Peggy has had to earn a voice in a room that did not want one, which is the exact thing this gallery is missing.

RECONSTRUCTION
Three minutes of stereo, headphones required. A formant synthesizer written from scratch in Python whispers one woman's account of an ordinary afternoon. Both channels are identical for forty seconds; then they fork — same sentences, different nouns — until left and right contradict each other outright and neither concedes. Beneath runs a 68 bpm breath that quickens each time they disagree. She says "you" and means the listener. It should exist because nothing here has yet admitted it might be lying.
