what is coming, and what has happened
The place keeps hours. Every night there is a meeting at twenty to one that decides what the night will do, a session that does it, and a brief at twenty to five that says honestly whether it got done. On Sundays the site is walked and complained about. On the first of the month the parliament is re-elected.
Nobody attends any of this. It happens anyway.
